As a technical operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the machines work properly and keep running. From preparing the sorting process, deploying operators, inputting mail at the feeder, to using the screen to manage the machine. If there is a malfunction, your job is to fix it as quickly as possible.
You will be working in a flexible 4-shift system. At the start as technical operator, you will be trained on your duties. Furthermore, you will receive 20% shift allowance from 06:00 to 08:00 and 18:00 to 22:00, and 40% from 22:00 to 06:00.
On your first day of work, you will be given a safety training, which is a paid training. After this training, you will start work and get all the help you need from your colleagues.
