As a Supervisor Audit, you’ll take charge of engagements from start to finish. You’ll advise clients directly, guide your team, and ensure every project is completed on time and within budget. Each week, you’ll visit a different client — from a major aquaculture company to a small childcare provider — gaining broad insight into how various organizations operate and grow.
You’ll identify risks, analyze trends, and turn them into clear, practical advice. Whether you’re optimizing financial processes, supporting compliance, or fine-tuning reporting — you’ll be your client’s trusted sparring partner.
In this role, you’ll mentor junior team members, plan and coordinate audits, and report to your manager. Your leadership makes the difference in how our clients experience quality and care.
Who you are
- Currently have your CA(SA) qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in audit or assurance
- Strong communicator — in English, and ideally open to learning Dutch
- Naturally collaborative, client-focused, curious, and analytical
- Proactive and eager to coach, solve problems, and lead by example
