Wij helpen jou om te groeien en je wordt on-the job opgeleid door een ervaren collega tot je zelfstandig kan werken. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team onder leiding van een Teamleider. Hij zorgt voor je planning, uitrusting, werkmateriaal en werkinstructies.Interne doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn bij Otis de standaard en geen uitzondering. Veel van onze supervisors zijn gestart als servicemonteur.
