As a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen, making guests happy with products of the highest quality and exactly to their taste. You quickly grill that unique Flame-Grilled burger, ensuring no order is overlooked.
All that hard work must be rewarded! We offer you:
- Employment conditions and salary according to catering collective labor agreement; a salary between €7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour;
- We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
- 25 vacantiedagen on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance that you receive per month;
- In addition to a 2-week training period, there are various training and education courses, for example crew trainer or management support.
Your day as an employee at one of our gas stations
As a sales employee, you help customers who are looking for something tasty to eat or drink after a long car journey. The shelves are well stocked thanks to your efforts, and payment is also one of your duties. You will interact with customers frequently and enjoy making them smile, such as offering coffee to someone with a breakdown while they wait for help.
Thanks to your efforts as a team, the gas station can continue to operate, allowing many people to visit for a quick pit stop. You will ensure that both the shop and the outside area look clean at all times and prepare fresh sandwiches and/or snacks as part of your daily work.
Terms and conditions of employment; salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Washing Companies and Service Stations; €2264 per month based on a full-time working week;
Travel allowance from €0,19 ct/km;
Flexible hours, both part-time and full-time. Our shifts are from 06:00 AM to 00:00 PM, 14:00 PM to 00:00 PM, and 14:00 PM to 00:00 AM. Your availability within these shifts will be considered.
A night allowance of 30% between 23:00 PM and 06:00 AM; holiday bonus of 8% which is paid annually; A allowance of 50% on national holidays.

- A customer-oriented attitude and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- If you have only registered with Alvast, you have a sense of responsibility.
