Your Activities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Data Specialist to join our dynamic Global marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data tracking, and building comprehensive reports and dashboards. This role is essential for driving our data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing our digital presence. In this role, you support the local entities with your expertise on data tracking.

You will be responsible for utilizing Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance across all markets. By implementing and managing tags through Google Tag Manager, you will ensure accurate data collection and tracking. Developing and maintaining robust data tracking methodologies will be key to capturing essential metrics and insights across various digital platforms. You will create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Through data analysis, you will identify opportunities for optimization and recommend strategies to improve marketing outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with local entities, including marketing and sales teams, to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Increasing understanding of the KIBU (Kabrita International Business Unit) about what the data tells us, providing actionable insights to stakeholders, and sharing best practices across regions are also key responsibilities.

You Are the Fit If

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on data analytics and digital marketing;
  • You have proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data tracking and reporting tools;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
