Junior Application Engineer – LIMS

What will you be doing?
As a Junior Application Engineer, you’ll become part of real-world projects from day one. With the guidance of experienced colleagues, you’ll support the design, configuration, and implementation of LIMS solutions for leading clients in sectors like pharma, food, chemistry, and medical device manufacturing.
You’ll build both technical and business understanding, gradually developing from an assistant to a trusted team member capable of taking on more independent roles. This position is designed to grow with you — in knowledge, in responsibility, and in impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the design, development, and deployment of LIMS solutions tailored to client needs
Creating clear technical documentation and user guides for internal and external stakeholders
Assisting in designing interfaces between LIMS or specification management software products
Participating in client workshops and learning to translate real-world challenges into smart solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning through hands-on experience
Working with different tools and technologies as required by the project
Who are we looking for?
You’re someone who is eager to learn and grow, and who brings a curious and practical mindset to everything you do.
A recent graduate (or early-career candidate) with a degree in Technical Business Administration, Chemistry, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field
Someone with:
Basic knowledge of LIMS or specification management software
Basic understanding of laboratory processes and/or master data/specification management
Interest in programming (VB.NET, C#.NET) and databases (T-SQL, MS SQL Server)
A communicative team player with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to ask, learn, and contribute
The ability to connect theoretical knowledge to practical solutions
