In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, build a solid foundation in software development, and help design automation solutions that improve production and manufacturing environments worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate with experienced engineers on designing, developing and implementing automation software
Participate in client sessions to understand their needs and translate them into smart solutions
Assist in the creation of functional and technical specifications for small to midsize projects
Configure and customize software under the guidance of senior team members
Help design interfaces with external systems to ensure smooth integration (IT & OT)
Create user documentation and contribute to training and knowledge transfer
Communicate with stakeholders and support the project manager when needed

What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of programming, databases (e.g. SQL) or system configuration
A strong interest in manufacturing technologies, industrial processes or automation
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Dutch and/or English proficiency at a professional level
