Your activities

We are seeking a talented Cost Controller to join our team and contribute to the success of the Kabrita International Business Unit (KIBU). In this role, you will be responsible for the production of financial figures for the KIBU to P&L / BS level, executing month-end close routines and providing detailed reporting, developing and reporting on the KIBU Monthly Commercial Dashboard, assisting KIBU Management with financial budgeting and forecasting, monitoring and controlling costs versus budget, producing, reviewing, and monitoring margin analysis, managing KIBU pricing strategies, providing steering and guidance for KIBU team members, overseeing new customer process control, managing accounts receivable control, supervising sales order control, ensuring effective stock control, handling VAT returns, meeting audit requirements, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Our team

The KIBU Finance team is directed by the Finance Lead, and steered by Regional Commercial Controllers to whom you would support on a day-to-day basis. Due to amazing growth for the KIBU, the team is expanding rapidly, and hence the requirement to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, supporting control in our local and overseas entities. The current team consists of 4, with a proposed view to move to 6 in 2026 to align with the growth.

You are the fit if

  • You have a Bachelor degree related to Finance or Business Control;
  • You are fluent in English & Dutch;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on detail-oriented and independent mindset;
  • It’s a benefit if you have experience in SAP and you worked in an international environment before;
  • You have an open-minded personality who is eager to learn;
  • You are unafraid to roll up your sleeves;
  • The ability to work under deadlines;
  • You are immune to stress, ability to keep calm under pressure.
