Delivering mail and packages is a large-scale logistics operation,
and as a mail sorter, you’re a crucial part of that process. You’ll
be working at the PostNL sorting center in Zwolle, where there’s a
great working atmosphere and a friendly team. However, the location
is difficult to reach by public transport, so having your own
transportation is highly preferred.
Working hours
In this
role, you’ll work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or from Monday to
Friday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Your schedule at PostNL depends on your availability and
the amount of work. Naturally, you’ll be scheduled as much as
possible.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for evening
shift sorters for PostNL in Zwolle.
As a mail sorter, your responsibilities include:
- Sorting mail using a machine or by hand
- Feeding incoming mail into the sorting
machines - Manually sorting mail that cannot be
processed by the machines - Checking whether
mail has been sorted correctly - Working in a
PostNL sorting center - Keeping your work area
clean and organized

company
Functie-eisen
- At least 18 years old due to late working hours
- Good command of Dutch and English, for safety

- Physically fit, as the work involves standing
for long periods and lifting containers of mail - Able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct
(VOG) - Preferably have your own transportation
(bicycle, scooter, or car) due to limited public transport
options to the work location
