The Opportunity
Every month, the company generates dozens of inbound opportunities — including enterprise brands with budgets ranging from €25K to €200K per month. However, many of these opportunities remain unclosed due to limited senior sales bandwidth.
To accelerate growth, they’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own complex, multi-country sales cycles and close high-impact deals. Alongside inbound success, the company aims to scale its outbound engine. This role comes with primary responsibility for driving outbound enterprise sales, leading by example through best-in-class prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal progression.
You’ll engage directly with senior decision-makers at major international brands, lead multi-market pitches, and turn conversations into long-term strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the enterprise sales process — from first contact to signed contract.
- Design and execute outbound strategies targeting CMOs, Heads of SEO, and senior digital leaders at international brands.
- Build and manage your own pipeline while coaching the broader team on best practices.
- Create and run multi-country sales campaigns focused on Tier 1 and Tier 2 prospects (€25K–€200K MRR).
- Develop compelling business cases and ROI models to secure executive buy-in.
- Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns and data-driven outbound initiatives.
- Partner closely with leadership to refine the commercial playbook and go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute to the company’s shift from inbound-heavy to scalable, outbound-driven sales.
Who You Are
A consultative, strategic closer who thrives in fast-moving, international environments. You know how to lead enterprise-level conversations, manage multiple stakeholders, and build momentum without losing a value-driven approach at C-level.
Must-haves:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in MarTech, AdTech, or digital agency environments.
- Proven success in enterprise sales (€150K+ annual contract values).
- Experience selling across multiple European or global markets.
- Commercially sharp and strategic, capable of steering complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Native or fluent English communication skills.
- Background in SEO, Digital marketing, or Marketing Technology
Nice-to-haves:
- Existing network within global marketing or performance teams.
- Combination of both SaaS (MarTech) Enterprise sales & Agency sales experience

Compensation & Growth
- Total Base + OTE: up to €175,000 (mix of base salary and uncapped performance-based bonus).
