Why We Need This Role – Account Executive, Dutch Enterprise SectorAs a key driver of Colt’s growth in the Dutch enterprise market, the Account Executive will be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the Netherlands. This role is designed for a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on unlocking value within existing enterprise accounts and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions.You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning Colt as a trusted digital infrastructure partner to some of the Netherlands’ most prominent businesses. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead customer engagements that align Colt’s innovative solutions with the evolving needs of Dutch enterprises.Colt in the NetherlandsColt has made significant investments in the Dutch market, reinforcing its Colt IQ Network across key cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague. Our local presence is backed by a dedicated team and infrastructure that enables agile, on-demand services tailored to the needs of Dutch businesses.What you’ll be doingDrive Growth: Expand revenue within a defined portfolio of Dutch enterprise clients by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Strategic Engagement: Build long-term, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, across multiple divisions.Market Focus: Tailor Colt’s value proposition to the Dutch market, aligning our solutions with local business challenges and digital transformation goals.Collaborative Selling: Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Global Lead Generation teams to deliver a seamless client experience.Sales Leadership: Lead virtual account teams, contribute to strategic account planning, and ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives.Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management using proven methodologies.What We’re Looking ForA proven track record of growing revenue within large, complex enterprise accounts—ideally in the Dutch or Benelux region.Experience managing multi-divisional, international clients, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making structures.Confidence in engaging with senior executives and delivering compelling, insight-led presentations.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.A collaborative team player with experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery.Solid understanding of digital infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.Business-savvy, decisive, and financially literate.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
