Overview
In this role, you will lead our warehouse fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound goods. You will optimize space, labor, and processes to meet customer expectations while maintaining regulatory and internal compliance. You will coach a high-performing team and partner with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with business goals. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse fulfillment activities (receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns)
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and business expectations
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies on overtime, Sundays, and holidays
- Develop staffing schedules for peak volumes and seasonal fluctuations
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize space, flow, labor efficiency, and system usage
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and accountability
- Monitor KPIs (pick accuracy, fulfillment rates, cycle times, inventory accuracy)
- Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental standards
- Train, coach, and supervise warehouse team members
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to align operations with business goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions, shipments, and performance metrics
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management
- Familiarity with labor compliance for holiday, Sunday, and daily overtime regulations
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
