Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Professional to join our team in Zwolle, Netherlands. As an integral part of our audit department, you will be responsible for conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights to our clients.
- Perform comprehensive financial audits for a diverse range of clients
- Analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting processes
- Identify and communicate potential risks and areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients and management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audit engagements
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of audit assignments
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and procedures
- Mentor and guide junior team members in audit processes and techniques
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Pursuing or planning to pursue RA (Registered Accountant) certification
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in audit practice
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in audit software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both verbal and written)
